The initial impression is that Moore has both lines in YIELD at special election time (time frame between 9/15 to 10/1). The CORE line is NULL having little movement and is near the base of 0. The TRANSIENT moves up into Yield - this is a positive.  In summary, Moore has 1-positive and 1-null while Strange has 2-positive and therefore, the edge goes to Strange.  
Luther Strange
At election time (9/15 to 10/1) both the Core and Transient are in YIELD.  The CORE is moving downward towards the base of 0 however, is still firmly in YIELD - this is positive. The TRANSIENT is near the Base in YIELD and moves higher into YIELD - this is positive. In summary, Moore has 1-positive and 1-null while Strange has 2-positive and therefore, the edge goes to Strange.
