John Kelly is not likely to ride to the rescue in this administration as the RISK/YIELD chart depicts. Note the momentum moving to the RISK area of the chart and accelerating over the August 2017 period. This is also a period of difficult for Trump (reference his chart).  

The RISK/YIELD chart for John Kelly suggests that the control that this man is expected to implement and maintain over the environment of the white house will beyond his abilities to achieve in the short term.    
The Delta Risk/Yield for John Kelly provides a slightly more detailed view as to when the momentum shifts in one direction or the other. The August period depicts a downward shift of core (black line) into Risk (below 0 line).  The valley occurs in August and momentum shifts to approach the 0 level indicating some stability.
